This quarterly magazine helps to deepen understanding among JORSA members with regard to their mutual situation, and is used by them as a market development tool. The magazine features studies on railway technology, market information, information and statistics from people and organizations in the railway sector, information from members, and news about JORSA activities. Beginning in 2008 with issue No. 236, eight issues had easy-to-understand articles entitled Basic Studies for Railway Operations. The articles examined railway technology in layman's terms, and all eight were compiled into a single edition in response to rising demand for such a publication.
