Series E353 EMU of JR-East has a carbody tilting mechanism using air-spring and full active suspension to prevent vibration and being deployed for operation on mountainous route between Tokyo/Shinjuku and Kofu/Matsumoto.
One spring day when cherry blossoms are in full bloom, E353 train approaches to a canal-side bank, remains of a moat of Edo-castle.
